If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Please review the details of our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted only for items with a verified manufacturer’s defect.
• The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories.                                                                                                                                

  How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide a description of the defect and include clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Since we offer free shipping on purchased products, we are unable to cover the costs of return shipping.

Refund Process:

• Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the defect.
• If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• If the item is found not to have a manufacturing defect, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Exclusions:

• Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects (e.g., general wear and tear, accidental damage, or buyer’s remorse) are not eligible for refunds.
• Items returned outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted.
